Refund policy

30-Day Return
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us if your order is defective or damaged.  

We accept returns for online purchases up to 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for purchases made in person.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@poppacallico.com.
